We took old and new world classics and some asian fusion ideas and waffleized and sandwicheized them to bring them into a fast casual environment for you. EXECUTIVE CHEF | ANNETTE SCHMIDT

Executive chef Annette Schmidt is a fourth generation descendant of award winning German chefs. She completed her culinary institute training and apprenticeship in Germany and Switzerland, and won her first award at age 17.

She now brings her unique approach to Honeymade - Sweet and Savory, integrating Italian and french country styles, her favorites, as well as other treasures found around the world in her most creative ways. In her words: "The most important ingredient you will find in every single dish is love! Honeymade is a 5 heart restaurant!!"
